Pick a city, choose a property, select your dates, and fill in guest details. You’ll see the total upfront — that’s the price you pay at the hotel, not online. Confirmation arrives by email with a voucher you can show at check-in.

Yes. Pay-at-hotel means we don’t charge your card; the property collects payment when you arrive. The booking is locked the moment you submit — the hotelier sees the reservation immediately. You’ll have a unique booking reference and an email voucher; that’s your confirmation.

Open the link in your confirmation email — that’s your private booking page. There’s a Cancel reservation button you can use up to your check-in date. We don’t charge for cancellations because there’s no online payment; some hotels may collect a no-show charge directly if you cancel very late. The cancellation policy on your booking page tells you which window you’re in.

Date changes happen directly with the property. WhatsApp us with your booking reference and the new dates and we’ll route the change to the hotel for you. If the new dates are available at the price you originally booked, the hotel confirms — if rates have moved, the property will share the updated total before they commit.

Your booking locks the price you saw at checkout. The hotel cannot increase the rate after you’ve confirmed. If the public rate drops after your booking, that’s the booking-window trade-off — your reservation stays at the price you locked.

Every property on Pulp Hotels is onboarded by our team. We verify owner identity, the property’s legal name, and the basic amenities listed. We don’t publish properties from third-party aggregators — every listing comes from the owner directly.

Helicopter and yatra-package bookings are not part of the V1 site. Properties that offer helicopter pickup will have a badge on their page; reach out via WhatsApp and we’ll connect you to a partner operator for the helicopter leg.

Yes. Pure-veg properties carry a Pure veg badge on the listing card and on the property page. The badge is owner-set in the hotelier dashboard — only properties where the owner has explicitly attested pure-veg kitchen status carry the badge.

That’s our problem, not yours. If you arrive and the property cannot accommodate you, WhatsApp us immediately — we’ll either find you an equivalent stay nearby (we cover the difference) or arrange a return journey. Keep your booking reference and any photos handy.

BookingOS acts only as a facilitator — the hotel is the supplier of accommodation under GST law and issues the tax invoice directly. Most hotels email it within 24h of check-in; you can also request it at the front desk during check-in or check-out. If you’re booking as a business and need the invoice addressed to a company name + GSTIN, share those details with the hotel directly when you check in.

The Char Dham shrines open in late April / early May and close by mid-November. Exact dates change yearly with the temple committee announcement. On off-season city pages we show the opening date and accept bookings for the next season; on-season pages show live availability.
