No. Listing is free. We don't take commission on the room rate. Phase 2 introduces optional paid features (channel manager sync, PMS integration); the core listing stays free.
Guests pay you directly at the property — cash, UPI, or card on your own terminal. Pulp Hotels never touches the room money. You raise your usual GST invoice.
Your cancellation policy is what runs. We surface it on the booking page so guests see the same terms you'd give them in person. If there's a refund, you handle it with the guest the way you do today.
Yes — from the hotelier console you can close dates for renovation, weddings, or any reason. Bookings can't be made on closed dates.
No. Pulp Hotels works standalone — you can run your front desk on a ledger book and still use us. PMS adapters (Cloudbeds, AsiaTech) are planned for Phase 2 for properties that want sync.
